2. What we process, why, and for how long
2.1 If you write to us
When you e-mail [email protected] — about a partnership, an academy application, a tryout or a press query — we process your name, your e-mail address and whatever you put in the message.
- Purpose: answering you and keeping in touch.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) where that applies.
- Retention: one year after the matter is closed, unless law requires longer (accounting records: 8 years).
2.2 When you open the site
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and defend against attacks, the system logs the request's IP address, timestamp, browser type and the page requested.
- Purpose: operating the service, security, preventing abuse.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: per Cloudflare's own logging practice, typically short.
3. Cookies
This site sets no cookies on your device and uses no visitor tracking or analytics. We do not profile you, we make no automated decisions about you, and we pass nothing to advertisers. That is also why you see no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
4. Who else sees your data?
Processors without which the site would not work:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) — hosting and content delivery.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — Google Workspace, where e-mail sent to us arrives.
- Google LLC — the site's typefaces load from Google Fonts, so opening a page makes your browser contact Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address.
Where data is transferred to a third country (the United States), the providers operate under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights
- ask what data of yours we hold (access),
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- have processing restricted,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- receive your data in a portable form.
Write to [email protected] for any of these. We answer within one month.
6. If you are not satisfied
Please write to us first — most questions are settled in one exchange. If that does not resolve it, you may complain to the supervisory authority:
Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH)
1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary
Postal: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.
Phone: +36 1 391 1400
E-mail: [email protected]

You may also go to court, at the tribunal for your place of residence or stay.
7. Changes
If what we process or why changes, we update this notice and change the effective date at the top.
